Hi, my name is McMorris and as you may have noticed, I am an M @ M. I am about to embark on a mission where no M&M has gone before. I will be spending the month of September shadowing my friends at the Morris Inn and McKenna Hall at the University of Notre Dame. (Affectionately known as team M & M). During this time I will be learning about their operation and be relaying my feeling about these experiences on this blog.
To get a feel for what they do, I will be making drinks, ringing in checks, working on some account reconciliations, attending staff meetings, and various other tasks that these employees perform on a daily basis. Additionaly, I hope to spend some quality time away from work and socialize with several of these fine ladies and gentlemen. I hope to take in a football game as well as other extracurricular activities that may develop along the way. Although I know that I can't avoid the kitchen altogether, I am somewhat apprehensive about working around the ovens as I am made of chocolate after all. Besides I really don't want to be on the Sorin's menu anytime soon.
So, look for my blog beginning next month. Pay attention to what I am doing as there may well be a test at the end of the month.
